This story was inspired by an earlier poem I had written in Year 2014 -
Advice to attending your Ex-lover’s Wedding. Appropriating the lines within this poem, I portray the inner-dialogue within the protagonist as his alter-ego while this man gradually loses his sanity.
The most common question I receive is, “was the wedding commotion a hallucination or did it actually happen?”
I will leave that to your own interpretation. Perhaps, this is the best closure I can provide the readers to describe this man who can no longer differentiate reality from his own hallucinations happening throughout the chapters.
